Privacy policy
This is a plain-language summary of how Xcort AI handles data.
What we collect
Accounts: a generated username and a password stored only as an Argon2id hash. No email, phone number or payment details.
Conversations: the text of what you and the assistant say, with timestamps and technical performance measurements. If you have an account, a short memory the assistant keeps about you.
Audio: the assistant’s own spoken replies are stored for quality control of the text-to-speech voice. Your voice is not stored as audio.
Service providers
To turn your speech into text and the assistant’s replies into speech, audio is processed by our speech provider while the call is live. Language model requests are handled on infrastructure we operate.
Anonymous visitors
If you use the site without an account, your preferences are kept on your own device for up to 30 days. You can clear them at any time with the “Forget me” control on the home page.
Who can see stored data
Only the people who operate the service, for running it and improving quality. We do not sell your data or use advertising trackers.
Age
Xcort AI is for adults aged 18 and over.
